Rafael
Giraldo is a name synonymous to hard work, integrity and professionalism.
My 13-year relationship with Rafael is both personal and professional. On
the professional front our relationship has had multiple facets including
among others positions of employee, consultant and partner to subsidiary
operations in Latin America. More recently, Sky Mart Sales Corporation has
been a client to one of his former companies (Latin American Trade & Information
Network, Inc.).

1991 as an Overseas Consultant to Sky Mart Sales Corporation, Rafael
assisted our company in the negotiation for the purchase of two
Uruguayan companies (Pike y Cia S.A. and Aero Imports Ltda) -
Dealers of Beechcraft, Bell Helicopter, Piper Aircraft and Textron
Lycoming

During
1991 to 1992, Rafael established and operated as General Manager of
Aerosur Ltda. This company located in Bogota, Colombia was a
subsidiary of Sky Mart Sales Corporation for the marketing, sales
and distribution os aircraft parts.

1996 to 1999 Latin American Trade and Information Network, Inc. (lati.net)
owed and operated by Rafael Giraldo, provided our company a variety
of Internet services including dedicated LAN-Internet connectivity,
web page design / construction and training of our employees in
Internet and software application usage.
Since
his final relocation to the United States in 1992, I have kept close
contact with Rafael. I have followed his professional career seeing him
excel in multiple fronts. From his Executive Director position at the
Colombian American Chamber of Commerce (1994-1995) to his activities at
latinet.com (1999-2000), I have seeing him a constant sense of focus and
commitment to whatever task he has at hand. In summarizing his personal
traits the concepts that come to mind are those of: Dependable,
resourceful, knowledgeable, personable, fast learner and intelligent.
